BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Attached for review is the May Treasurer’s Report for Calendar Year (CY) 2026, the fifth report for the fiscal year. This month’s report includes unaudited beginning fund balances. Components included in this report include 1) Cash Flow Projections and Reserve Monitoring and 2) Revenue trends for Property and Sales Taxes and a dashboard report from PMA Financial, the Village’s investment advisor, which reflects the General Fund investment portfolio performance as of May 31, 2026. This summary also highlights revenue and expenses in the Village’s main operating funds, most notably the General and Water Funds. As a reminder, the financial summary of capital expenditures related to the 10-Year Community Investment Program has been added to this report.
