BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Attached, please find the October update of the Calendar Year 2026 Community Investment Program (CIP) schedule. Estimated delivery or completion dates for all projects have been added with the most current information available at this time. At the October 13 Village Board meeting, the Board will be asked to consider the following CIP purchases and/or contracts for Calendar Year 2026:
• The Sewer SCADA Consulting and OT Equipment Upgrades purchase in the amount of $115,000.
Changes to the CY 2026 CIP Timeline.
• The Water Plant Site Security Final Design and Construction installation of new fencing will be delayed until early 2027 due to the coordination and staging area required for proposed Water Plant intake cleaning in 2027.
Staff will be present at the Finance Committee meeting to answer any questions and provide more information.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends review and discussion of the Community Investment Program Update for Calendar Year 2026.
