BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
The check register provides records of payments to the Village and Golf Club suppliers, vendors and other payees as approved for June 2026. The check register is included as a stand-alone item on the Consent Agenda for Village Board consideration.
Significant Village expenditures this month include payments to:
• Allan Integrated Control Systems, Inc. in the amount of $28,700.00 for the Water Plant SCADA Servers
• Baxter & Woodman, Inc. in the amount of $50,567.96 for the Stormwater Master Plan Year 2
• DiMeo Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $355,292.90 for the CY 2026 Water Main Project
• Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick, Inc. in the amount of $67,990.50 for the 2026 Phase 1 Engineering STP Streets and CY 2027-2028 Maintenance Street Resurfacing Design Engineering
• Safebuilt Illinois, LLC in the amount of $28,556.09 for the Permit Coordination Services and Building Plan Review and Inspection Services for CY 2026
• Strand Associates, Inc. in the amount of $31,074.63 for the Water Plant Site Security and CY 2026 Water Main Improvement Project Construction Engineering
• W. B. Olson in the amount of $2,293,429.00 for the Glencoe Golf Club Clubhouse Construction
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Village Board consideration of the June 2026 Check Register for the Village and Glencoe Golf Club.
