BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
The attached Professional Services Agreement provides updated terms and hourly rates for Teska Associates’ ongoing provision of landscape plan review and inspection services and for on-call, continuing services for planning support. In light of the recent retirement of Teska’s President Lee Brown, who also served as Village Planner for two decades, this Professional Services Agreement clarifies hourly rates for various Teska employees that may provide similar services to those previously provided by Mr. Brown. The Village has engaged with Teska for planning services for over 22 years.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that if the Board should move to approve the attached Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to execute the attached Professional Services Agreement.
