BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
Attached, please find the July update of the Calendar Year 2026 Community Investment Program (CIP) schedule. Estimated delivery or completion dates for all projects have been added with the most current information available at this time. At the July 16 Village Board meeting, the Board will be asked to consider the following CIP purchases and/or contracts for Calendar Year 2026:
• The Westley Road Multiuse Path Preliminary Engineering contract award for a total amount not to exceed $68,870.
Changes to the CY 2026 CIP Timeline include:
• The Servers and Other Network Infrastructure Upgrades and Sewer SCADA Consulting and OT Equipment Upgrades are both continuing the scoping process.
Staff will be present at the Finance Committee meeting to answer any questions and provide more information.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends review and discussion of the Community Investment Program Update for Calendar Year 2026.
