BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS
The check register provides records of payments to the Village and Golf Club suppliers, vendors and other payees as approved for May 2026. The check register is included as a stand-alone item on the Consent Agenda for Village Board consideration.
Significant Village expenditures this month include payments to:
• A-1 Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $27,628.80 for Spoils Hauling, Brick Paver Repairs and Retaining Wall and Monument Repairs
• Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company in the amount of $30,000.00 for the Water Supply Analysis
• DiMeo Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $463,075.10 for the CY 2026 Water Main Project
• Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick, Inc. in the amount of $99,956.25 for the 2026 Phase 1 Engineering STP Streets and CY 2027-2028 Maintenance Street Resurfacing Design Engineering
• Kloepfer Construction, Inc. in the amount of $40,970.00 for the 2026 Underground Utility Services and Water Plant Strom Sewer Improvements
• Lindco Equipment Sales, Inc. in the amount of $150,538.96 for the Purchase of the New #42 Chassis Peterbilt
• Super Electric Construction Company in the amount of $117,600.00 for the Village Hall EV Charging Station Project
• Tyler Technologies, Inc. in the amount of $83,873.94 for Tyler ERP Pro 10 and EP&L ERP Software
• W. B. Olson in the amount of $803,476.00 for the Glencoe Colf Club Clubhouse Construction
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Village Board consideration of the May 2026 Check Register for the Village and Glencoe Golf Club.
